Mail in Registration Form : If you do not want to register online, download the registration form and mail it in today with your deposit of $100.00

Arrival/Departure Time: You may arrive as early as 4:00 pm on Friday, November 19th. We will end after lunch on Sunday, November 21st at 2:00pm

Transportation Arrangements: Flying in from out of town? Public Transportation is not available directly from the San Francisco or Oakland International Airports to Walker Creek Ranch. However, there are regular shuttles to Petaluma from both airports. You can obtain schedule and fee information online at www.airportexpressinc.com. We will provide a free van service to the ranch from the airport drop-off site starting at 3:00 pm and ending at 6pm. Please arrange your flight schedules around these times and let us know your itinerary.

Meals:
Dinner is served on Friday night from 6:00pm to 6:45pm. Please try to arrive in time for dinner—3 full meals begin on Saturday, with breakfast and lunch served on Sunday. Vegetarian meals are provided upon request.

Scholarships

A limited number of scholarships are available for those who would not be able to attend due to financial challenges. Please submit a letter stating why you would like to attend the Gathering. All scholarship recipients must volunteer during the Gathering and pay a $50 processing fee.

Volunteers:
Volunteers are essential for a successful Gathering. Volunteers will receive a $50.00 reduction on registration, limited slots are available: contact us for more information 510-869-4403.

Artisan’s Market/Vendors:
There will be an Artisan’s Market all weekend. You will have an opportunity to trade and sell articles or services. This year, the cost to vend is $30! You must be registered for the Gathering in order to vend. For more information, contact the NIA hotline at (510) 869-4403.

Alcohol and Drug Policy :
No alcohol or drugs are allowed on the premises. Please respect this policy, some of the women attending the Gathering are in recovery and will need your sensitivity.

Recreation:
You may want to bring your bicycle, as it is a very nice way to get around the ranch. If you like fishing, there is a pond nearby as well as a ball field, basketball court, and volleyball net. There are also hiking and walking trails, so bring your hiking boots!

 

Remember to bring:
Flashlight, toiletries, walking shoes, and warm clothing!
Private/Semi-Private Lodges include bedding, pillows, one towel, and one wash cloth per person.
Each Dorm Resident needs to provide her own bedding (or sleeping bag) and pillows as well as towels and washcloths. Dorms are first come/first serve.

Environmental Illness:
No smoking in allowed inside any building. Smoking is restricted to designated areas only. Please refrain from wearing scented products at the Gathering events; unfortunately, they can cause allergic reactions for some Sistahs.

Cancellations:
All cancellations must be in writing. Sorry, we are unable to provide refunds. However, you may transfer your space if paid in full. It is your responsibility to find a sistah to purchase your space. The Collective will not be involved in or responsible for the transaction. We only ask that you notify us in writing by November 15th, 2010.
